Download Official 64-bit (圆4) Windows 7 SP1 Language Packs (MUI). Download Official 32-bit (x86) Windows 7 SP1 Language Packs (MUI). All the language packs are described in KB2483139. The default language is always English and other languages can be installed manually. The language pack changes the language of the Windows Operating System. Enter the path of the downloaded language pack file in Vistalizator and it does the rest of the work seamlessly. Just download it from the author’s site and download your language pack of choice from the links below. One way of installing the language packs on Windows 7 Starter or Home Editions is to use Vistalizator which is very easy to use. 
Other editions of Windows 7 like the Starter or Home editions, will be helpless if they want to change the language of their Operating Systems. If you want to download and install any language pack from below links, you will need to make sure that you are using Windows 7 Ultimate, Professional or Enterprise editions because these language packs can only be installed in these editions. You may also download Windows 10 language packs if you are using Windows 10.
